Don’t know what’s going on but my weight has gone crazy....measured my body fat at the weekend using skin fold gauge and it shows it at less than 10%.....I suppose I just need to keep at it ❤️🐝x
156.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
