I had this canned cabbage that was 35 Cal for half a can (one serving), wine and 7 slices of cheese, 7 club crackers, and chunks of onion. and 4 slices of Genoa salami.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
