9st 8 (1.5 on at WW) WW was better than expected after an indulgent weekend at Ashburnham, even with several walks! And then I finished the rest of the week way over budget each day too. Staying the same at home was ok under the circumstances! So I'm going to try really hard to stick within budget this week and hope for some improvement next week :-)
134.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
