I am so happy!!! I have made some wonderful goals and fulfilled them so it is great to make new ones. Even after going out last night to a romantic restaurant with my husband, I still managed to lose one pound!!!! We took a moonlit walk (very small moon!) after we ate. It was a park we'd never been to before. We walked alongside the river and talked about everything and anything. My husband is following his own diet so well that neither one of us could finish such a sumptuous meal, it was that good!!! It was one of those great places with such fancy drinks! Wonderful atmosphere! Yesterday was so nice-hard to top that one. My husband put his face nose to nose with mine and after one long minute, gave me such a kiss. He is doing so well on improving himself. Life is a real miracle. I am not even going to stress at the holidays, just enjoy them and not limit myself. Going Christmas shopping today with my daughter. We will have a lunch out and walk all over looking at clothes and Christmas decorations! We always have a ball!
