im down a pound today :] really glad i decided to do those last 30 mins on the treadmill....must avoid the sweets that are haunting my brain at all costs lol. its ok. ill just drink some coffee and have some cereal for breakfast so that should suffice enough to make me stop craving sweet shit lol the coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer with splenda always helps
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Did someone say sweets…. I am craving sugar, any type. I just ate 1 serving of chocolate jello pudding. I believe it was 80-90 calories. Its difficult right now but I know for sure that 2 full weeks without any sugar and I won’t even think about it. Just have to make it to 14 days. lol. We can do it!
