Allergy season! Every time I go outside, either my ears get clogged up, my nose starts running, or I start coughing FOR HOURS! 

Thanks I was put on antibiotics for it . Hopefully this next week goes better. I am proud of myself for losing 3lbs since the beginning of this challenge
