Man I am having a tough time wrapping my head around this. So much gain over a week but it all falls back into place during OMAD weekend. I'll just have to keep playing with it for a bit.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, partly. I've been pretty high in carbs on regular days.
