Still moving in the right direction. I don't know why, but I'm depressed most days. May be the lack of comfort foods. Anyway, I'm sure this will pass.
326.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 136.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
