I haven't been journaling everyday but I have been watching everything I eat ( had 1 slip up of a cupcake and a piece of fudge yesterday) and going to the gym regularly. actually had 2 days back to back where I hit 10,000 steps before 10 am
scale finally changed double digits so that made me happy this morning
chest 39 ~ same above belly 32 ~ down 1 lower belly 39 ~ same hips 41. ~ down. 5 thigh 22 ~ same calf 13.5 ~ same arm 11 ~ down 1

Diet followed reasonably well.
