PM weigh in. Fasted 16.5 hrs, going to 24 again. 6.5 hrs sleep. Gym yesterday morning.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you find it more advantageous to fast for 24 versus just a window? I haven’t done much of the 24...wondering if I should change it up

Not sure yet. Been hovering around my lowest when I do these fasts the last couple weeks, and it's not that hard for me around when I work.. Just trying something new instead of 16/8...

Def change your windows up if you're stalling or not losing much.. It may help.

Good call. I’ve been working out so much been trying to adjust my calories also. The 16/8 works good for me, but I’ve been consuming too many cals as of late. I’m thinking of going off Keto for a while.
