Just came back from a 4 day cruise & a week of eating junk & minimal protein , almost no water & almost no exercise. Jumped on the scale and Im up to 139, well no surprise there... Going to take the next few days to get back into my diet & then kick off a new workout goal starting on Monday!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
