1903 kcal Fat: 54.68g | Prot: 63.73g | Carb: 303.60g.   Breakfast: apple, quaker banana nut oatmeal, Vanilla Toffee Caramel. Lunch: 1/2 Hot Chocolate 1/2 Coffee (Medium), snap peas, Cucumber (with Peel), radishes, tomatoes, carrots, cup of soup, sugar free jello, source, hard boiled egg, Oranges. Dinner: Hard Bread Sticks, Italian Buns, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Bouillon Cubes Soup (Low Sodium, Dry), Carrots, Kidney Beans (Canned), Tomatoes, Pearled Barley (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Snickers, Crispy Minis. more...
