Not much loss, but no gain so that's good. Especially after a few faux pas I did not record. The gap is getting smaller on the weight chart and my lavender cardigan fits! :)
147.0 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
