well, i am still at 118, but it is not up, so i will not be too dissapointed. i do know that if i want to lose any more, i need to eat less, i have been sneaking bites throughout each day trying to ignore them. that does not work. i realize i do it more when i am chatting on the phone( i know, how rude!!)
118.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am glad to know I'm not the om=nly one who snacks while on the phone. Talk about unconscious eating. Hang in there, the loss will come in time.

You are right about not going up! Thank goodness for that right? I too sneak bites throughout the day and hope it doesn't catch up with me. Mine is usually when I am getting food for the kids and not thinking, I pop it in my mouth. Good job at staying steady!!!

I'm a BIG snacker too! It's hard...I do find that if I snack on nuts when I am in that mood...I feel full quicker and for some reason the fat in nuts really helps me lose if I snack on them at night instd id something like a cookie. My husband noticed the same thing. FYI .....I am in a trailmix phase...can't get enough of the kirkland brand mix! BTW YOU MAINTAIN SO WELL! I am so jealous. I am either right on track or TOTALLY OFF THE WAGON! You seem to have a great ability to maintain weight!!! Jasmine

Hey, you're doing really well - congrats! I've nearly finished The Perfect Fit Diet book by Dr Sanders and I highly recommend it. It just gives so much relevant information and really helped me to understand the best diet for me *hugs back*
