still bloated.. ( that time of month) so I'm fingers are crossed that's the reason for the weight gain this past week and I'll cross the tipping point before the weekend!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
