PM weigh in. 15 hrs fasted (going 24). Gym last night. Eating over calories tues, back to 24 hr fast wed. FBS 86 (I had one more strip left I was curious)
279.0 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
