didn't drink enough water yesterday haven't pooped this morning didn't move much yesterday (worked on menus most of day no exercise) are 1 fry, big bite of mac and cheese and diet coke yesterday
165.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
