I know all there is to know about dieting-what not to eat, when to eat, calorie carb content, this idea, that new thing but there’s one thing I just can’t seem to find & that is-I have absolutely zero willpower! I can manage at best, 24 hrs doing the correct eating to lose weight but then that’s it & I eat what I prefer rather than what I shld. I c on this site so many people who have lost tremendous amnts of weight & I admire the sheer willpower it must have taken especially when one is vy overweight. I need to lose about 7 lbs & its not even a health reason as I weigh in at the top end of normal for my body type-its vanity as my clothes r somewhat tight! I think the only answer is to b locked in a room & passed food thro a hatch!-I might just try a health farm when I get back to the U.K. Gorgeous weather for Feb here in France.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
