So close to 200 now. Will try to do more with the weights and step bench today.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 July 2010:
1100 kcal Fat: 36.63g | Prot: 88.40g | Carb: 110.73g.   Breakfast: milk, coffee. Lunch: olive oil, flour, onion, zucchini, sirloin steak. Dinner: vinaigrette dressing, onion, green bell pepper, publix black beans, corn, olive oil, flour, tilapia. Snacks/Other: No Sugar Added Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, cherry, banana, peach, yogurt, special k bar. more...
losing 3.5 lb a week
