i dont know why im gaining! i knew that i am because my jeans are tight. ...feeling down ...i want my 118 back
128.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Idk last last may i was 114 and then i been 118 steady. I go back work in dec and gaining since. Im going back to tracking my food and start there and continue to exercise. Today i feel bummed about the weight gain. On positive note i just finished 50 min leg cardio and ab workout...🙂

Saw my dr today for my physical. He said remember how far i come. Be happy where im at. He is right. (I used to be 185). I just dont want to head back to where i used to be. He said 120 is best nothing less than that.
