I didn't make it into the 130s. The good is this is the longest I've been at 140, so hopefully this is my new 'steady' weight. Who knows, maybe I will hit 139 next week.

I am going to Chicago and I need to be somewhat good. Eat in moderation but DO NOT overdo it.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
