Well I am certainly not going to reach my goal of under 150 by my 30th birthday (Saturday), but I'm still pleased at my progress. I feel really good that I'm on that treadmill nearly every day.
My problem is that I LOVE food, but I don't regret anything I've been eating or drinking lately. I'm happy!
