body and belly feel so bloated this morning but I did my measurements anyway, sure enough they went up but the rest changed slightly. so weird that I look in the mirror and I feel like I see the difference and so many people are asking me if I've lost weight but the changes look so small on the scale and in measurements I just don't know if it's in my mind... frustrated...

chest - 39.5
Above belly button - 34
Below belly button - 40
Hips - 42
Thigh - 22.5
Calf - 13.3
Arm - 12

175.2 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I once went 6 weeks without losing a single pound. Dropped 6” though. Keep it up
