9st 9.8 lb again, Fat machine 23.8% (0.5 off at WW Thurs, not brilliant but better off than on!) Getting started properly now with a possible trip to Iceland in the week we have booked off at end of March, if all my lady ops have taken place by then I shall deserve the treat after the last six crappy months! And this is inspiration since two of the trousers I should want to wear there are, shall we say, standing room only trousers! I need to trim my waist a bit!
