Crazy week, went to Montana with Crass's eat really healthy...but portion control seemed to be a problem and a few bad snacks, con queso being one!! and too much trail mix. good snack just not by the handfuls :-) had a great time though! We also were home one day and off the Seattle to the restaurant show, lots of taste testing soooo here I am up a few pounds. But back at it bound and determined as ever.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
