so my measurements are pretty much the exact same as they were last time I checked in but my weight is down, guess thats why we measure both.. such a long and frustrating process but Ill take the little wins to help get me there. my body wasn't built in a month it certainly not going to change that quickly...

chest - 40.5
Above belly button - 33.5
Below belly button - 39
Hips - 42
Thigh - 23
Calf - 13.3
Arm - 12

176.6 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
