Joined challenge today for 1 week at a time: track what I eat daily; fat minimum 60%; water/herb tea minimum 24oz (have trouble drinking water); exercise minimum 20 min (bad back); fast a minimum of 16 hours. Someday I may commit to going to bed by midnight. I had a 2 hour nap today, brought my sleep hours up to 6. Yes, I am sleep deprived. Fasted 16 hours. Ate 12:30pm to 8pm
112.9 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
