The good thing is I am lighter than last Monday. Instead of gaining 3 pounds, I gained 1.5 pounds. I definitely didn't eat good this weekend, but was better than I usually am on weekends. If I am lucky, I MIGHT see the 1304 by Friday. Unfortunately, TOM should be here soon and may ruin my chances.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
