Slow going...trying to stay focused and "eat clean". Walked regular route this morning-everything okay but need alternative exercise to get me excited motivated.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
