Came back from J. Did not get 10 lb, to my great surprise. It feels like my weight got stable at 180. However this is not where i want it to be. I feel better at 170 or less.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
