Had a client after work so I couldn't hit the gym in the morning but I went to a step class on my lunch hour and felt really good.

Running a business and trying to take care of yourself while having a family and working full time is difficult but I think I'm finally figuring out balance
178.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
