Gosh, this is slow.... sigh. at least I didnt gain during the holidays. Back to my regularly scheduled program 😊
265.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

slow can be good.. a slow loss tends to be more permanent.. idk why.. maybe our bodies dont like change.. so if you do it slowly it doesn't get stressed out.. lol. 😊

I am the exact same way, i have no patience, I just want it to come off quick and it used to before I had kids, now it’s a lot of work and I’m finding it tough to stick to it
