Week 25. This has not been a great week. I gained! The first week ever since I have been on this journey I have ended the week with a gain. I will not let this bring me down! Today I recommit... I can do this!

I am wondering why the gain is there though... I have been following everything pretty closely. Maybe not enough veggies this week. I haven't been logging my food either. I will start logging again...

189.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Please don't let yourself get discouraged over such a minimal gain that is more likely water weight, or perhaps even muscle gain. It is completely normal for the body weight to move up and down because of this.

Good for you for recommiting to logging your food -- I know for me, it is easy to creep in more carbs when I am not logging everything. That said, I've been doing this for 2-1/2 years -- sometimes there is just backwards movement without any apparent cause. Just keep on going and eventually you get there :)

Just think about how big the loss will be next week when you double your efforts! It will be truly outstanding ;-) Happy Friday.
