I felt like I had a pretty good week, but once again the scale didn't reflect it. Not exactly sure what I am doing wrong.
204.1 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't think you're doing anything "wrong." That's just the way our bodies let go of the weight--up and down, up and down, and sometimes flat for a while. Your body is trying to figure out the new reality and adjust to it (new ways of eating, exercise, etc.) We have to be patient with our bodies...because, after all, they've been very patient with us (and all we've thrown at them!) =) You should see the chart I made of my biggest weight loss year. It's very "jagged." So just keep up the good work, and keep learning as you go. As you know, learning how to keep it off is WAY more important than just getting it off! This is a lifetime project so there's really no rush. =) Preaching to myself here...because I'm having a lot of difficulty getting the scale down too.

Don't lose motivation! I know it can be very frustrating, but it happens. You do everything right and the scale won't budge but don't let the scale overcome your efforts. Remember, it's just a number.
