The good news is that I quit smoking!! The bad news is, of course, I gained weight. :( Man I really needed that comfort food. Sadly, I'm the heaviest I've been since being pregnant 25 years ago. Getting back on track though. And I even went to the gym for the first time in a long, long time!
180.4 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
