Not much to report, feeling extra hungry these days, spring kinda makes me more hungry for some reason. Maybe that is just an excuse again. My sister-in-law has the WW books, I may try that to see if it helps. Bottom line is 3pm hits & all reason goes out the window.
Here's to looking forward & hoping scale will go down.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there you'll make it. I'm sure your kids are keeping you busy enough that exercise is not a problem so perhaps finding some relaxation (I know that's easy to say with little ones) would help keep you going.

3 pm until bed is my bad time too. I like to have a low carb shake at that time to keep me feeling full. Plus they're yummy!!

That is a hard time of day...be prepared so you don't munch on the kids snacks that time of day by eating a snack before they come home or by having one planned out for when they come home. Have a great week!

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN!! I think it's the kids needing their afternoon snack. Then I find myself popping Cheez-its or pretzels in my mouth when I get them some. Things I don't even really like. I also have a hard time waiting until dinner to eat. I try to eat something healthy, but it's almost better to not eat anything, cuz then it can get out of control. Your weight looks sooo good. I can only dream about the scale hitting 120 again and then to ever see it go below would be amazing. I hope you have a fantastic weekend of healthy eating. The weather is amazing finally here!!!
