I was 219.8 right before Xmas, certainly Xmas pushed me to 220 (TWO HUNDRED TWENTY POUNDS), but
three days ago (day after Xmas, 12/26) I started HMR again and lost a couple before weighing in. Also I joined Curves. I’m doing some cardio at home, then pumping iron at Curves with the Silver Sneaker ladies. I feel SO motivated and I know I’ll be back under 200 quickly. But still, there’s that negative Nancy in me asking how I’ll maintain it once I slip back into my old ways. Well I don’t know that answer. Maybe I’ll become a fitness enthusiast. Perhaps I’ll go on a whole foods, no grain diet.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

K, your goal can change. Maybe one day, you'll want to get to 165…who knows what the future brings.
