9st 7 (1 on at WW) Well, having said all that last week, I made a special effort to wear light clothes to weigh in this week after having a few red days and a couple where my intake practically doubled my output, oops :-( Again, I need to not let this reckless eating take hold of me and become a regular thing. My fat % had gone up yesterday at the gym scales, to 40, I think from 36. I can't see how that is right, surely, so I'm going to get the ear and toe proper measurement done at the gym and not use those scales any more!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
