Haven't weighed myself in about a year or more, really proud of myself for the number I see, even with the food eaten yesterday.

I usually keep quiet on here but felt good enough to post this publicly.
233.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woohoo! Great job! Congrats! Sometimes it's better not to weight yourself. I find weighing myself sometimes gives me an excuse to eat more.

Awesome drop. Believe this little app can have a great psychological and physical effect on your brain. I too was not eating, according to the statistical "norm" the right way. I am much older, so it it twice as difficult to lose. But this app is part of my day. So it does help to remind me to eat and document. Keep it going Audi Nox, and again, great drop. appispart
