1087 kcal Fat: 21.70g | Prot: 49.01g | Carb: 115.08g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee, quaker oatmeal squares. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, great value fruit cup, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: sirloin steak, coffee, sweet leaf green tea, sweet potato, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: weight watchers string cheese, merlot wine, almonds. more...
