I've missed you guys....its been a tough 6 wks - with trips to Ohio to help with sick parents. Trying to arrange care, sibling drama, back to CA to get my son off to school last week. Eating out of control and no exercise...
At last I have a day to catch my breath. Hubby took me for a long walk this morning with doggie. He is training for the LA Marathon with 2-a-days. I will watch from th (unless I can walk it!!) I feel so much better following walk today--need to continue and get eating back on track.
214.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 69.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad to have you back aboard Denise and so sorry to hear that the past six weeks have been filled with non-stop stress. We all know how that plays out on our health.... You have had a very rough year and although it is easier said than done....try to give yourself some TLC. We tend to take care of everyone but ourselves. I know that when you have recuperated from the past six weeks that your whole frame of mind about WOE and exercise will come back together. You have been successful before and will be again. Remember, it is one day at a time and God will be there with every step. Love you....
