Ok, I have been off the diet for about 5 months. You know the old saying to hell in a hand basket, well that has been my life. I decided that it was time for me to take control back for my actions, feelings and life.

I started induction this morning. I went to water aerobics this evening. I have put on about 12 pounds since I fell off the wagon.

Time to take care of me again. :)
198.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
