Wish me a lot of luck...I'm going to traveling on the and in the air over the course of the next 10 to 12 days. This is going to be a killer. My plan is to eat lite breakfast in hotel,fruit and jerky as lunch, and than eat only half of what ever is served me for dinner. I will work out in the morning before hitting the road and again before bed in the hotels. Cross all your fingers and toe to, I'll need all the help I can get.
