Below 240. I am under the weight officially recorded in September 2017. I need to keep this up, or down. One hundred kg in fewer than 20 lbs (or 9 kg almost exactly). That’s the next mountain. I can see the peak ahead. With luck, I’ll be there in reasonable time.
239.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
