So happy loosing 5 kilograms in a month and a half, water aerobics and going the to gym on my days off are showing results. Feel better mentally after doing the exercise and I get to catch up with friends. Got another friend interested in water aerobics yay!😄 make water aerobics cool again!
Will try to keep at it over Christmas and not let simple takeaway ruin my progress over Christmas cause it can over this busy period.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
