WW weight. Lost .4 since last week. Going back to meetings are helping me; although I feel a little out of place because I'm much smaller than everyone else. I met my goal a few years ago and I'm still trying to maintain a decent eating plan which means better eating and proportional eating. My exercise is way above target but, with age, the eating has been a challenge.
