I lost 5 lbs on the reboot diet, now I'm back to eating a plant based Nutritarian diet, but I plan to include at least one fruit and vegetable juice/smoothie into my day to ensure I'm getting adequate intake of the vitamins and minerals. Yesterday I ate Chinese with my mom and sister, and for the first time I can detect sugar in everything on my plate, even the vegetable stir fry. I was too full to eat anything else the rest of the day, and it really isn't Nutritarian friendly, except maybe the soup. Eating a meal like that may be alright on occassion, but not someplace I intend to go to even on a monthly basis. I actually prefer Japanese and Thai cuisine, their food appears to have a healthier dose of vegetables, it tastes lighter and better to me, and I don't leave the restaurant feeling as bloated.
