1207 kcal Fat: 20.59g | Prot: 31.81g | Carb: 154.71g.   Breakfast: coffee, Fiber One oats and chocolate chewy ba. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, great value fruit cup, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, bread roll, bacon bits, coffee, sweet potato, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: pumpkin spice cookie, low sodium V8, merlot wine, almonds. more...
