In an act of sheer desperation I weighed myself twice today, once in the morning and then after yoga. Thank goodness it was lower. I have to stop sabotaging myself food wise. Need to make good decisions to keep losing weight.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
