9 st 5.4 lbs Fat machine 22.9% 2 on at WW for the last 2 weeks. Neither gain surprising as my ratios have been crap, exceeding output every day, very poor show. Feeling miserable, but regaining all the weight is hardly going to improve that! Activity levels slipping a bit too (the weather doesn't help, I've always wondered if I'm SAD?) so all part of a vicious cycle or pendulum. But...every day is a new start, trying to do better. Empty nest sucks and basically I don't want to live my life as it is. First world problems eh?! Need to get my act together and find some meaning, value and pleasure from my life as an adult, not just as a mother. And not just from food! It's the worst time in the world to be having severe relationship stresses but there you go. And my body's acting up with 3 periods in the last month, so I think it might be time to visit Dr, maybe that's sapping my energy & mood too. 😔
131.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

aww bless you! I think you're right, and I think the weather (& daylight) somewhat curtailing the cycling hasn't helped, cos I deff found that effort therapeutic. I am resolved to try harder to hit my steps & activity targets more often again as I had been, and last night I dusted off the exercise bike and plumped it on front of TV, did half hour and then 3 min HIIT to finish! So it's a start. Thank you for the hug 😚 isn't fatsecret great, that we as strangers can have connected? and I really appreciate the support 😁

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling low. I, too, suffering with depression. Getting motivated this time of year is really hard but I promise you that exercise helps release serotonin which will help! Don’t worry about the odd gain in weight. Just don’t lose hope!! 😘

Awh hun, totally sympathise, have struggled to get my bum out the door for a run, but have enjoyed it when I got out. We all have a slump at times, just push on through, you'll be grand. 😁😁😁
